No. Module 1 assumes you don't know what a trade is, and every term is explained the first time it appears. If you've never opened a brokerage account, you're who this was written for.

If you later go live, Module 4 explains what different account sizes can and can't do — settlement rules, the margin minimum, and the pattern day trader rule that catches small accounts. Never trade with money you can't afford to lose.
